Spoke Phone has integrated with market-leading cloud applications to make it easy for you to connect your key business tools into your Spoke Phone account.
For example, the CRM integrations sync contacts, pop-key customer data on calls, and automatically log calls and follow notes. Automation worker integrations will download call recordings and add them to your cloud drive such as DropBox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
Spoke is continually adding integrations from our roadmap and as requested by our customers.
Our out-of-the-box integrations perform the common functions and use-cases required by 90% of companies. These standard integration templates work right-out of the box with no configuration or modifications.
We do realize however that some companies have advanced needs or maybe have customized their CRM or ERP, and want to have the Spoke Phone integration work in a certain way or with custom fields, etc.
There are two options for companies wishing to have custom integrations:
- Build their own integration from scratch using the Spoke Developer API
- Have Spoke modify an out-of-the-box integration template to fit in with the company's unique needs
